Win 8 (Pro) - How to enable automatic Window Update ?

Hi,

 

Under XP whenever there is a Window Update the System will ask me weather  to install it, but under Win 7 and Win 8, I find it I need to check for update by clicking on my Win 8 update shortcut to check for update and click to proceed.

 

May I know how to reset the Win 8 update to enable it to function in the same way as in Win XP ?
