good morning.  yesterday i updating my home computer and 3 updates failed.  (kb2799494, kb2789645, and kb2790655)  i have been through the help list and tried everything.  the ms fix it program says it fixes the problems but when i rerun the updaye scan

it shows the 3 as still needed.  and the fail to install.  i am using a win 7 64 bit machine.  this is the first time i had problem installing updates so i am at a loss as what to do next.  i also ran a sfc/scannow command but it showed nothing.  thank you

in advance for any help you can offer.i found a post in your community help regarding a simialer situation.  same error message and results but different updates.  unfortunettly the message had no conculsion to it.
