Does anyone know if the Acer Crystal Eye webcam on my model #5742z-4601 with Windows 7 has a timer feature to allow me to take a photo without  being at the keyboard - I would really like to take a snap shot of my family from a distance - but as anyone

knows you cant do that unless you are at the key board - I have looked all through my system and have had  no luck in finding an answer - My only other choice would be to do a video, which I have done, and then go into Movie maker and try and do a snap shot
