A partner has decided to provide O365 SKU ( SharePoint Online and Exchange Online ) federated with Multi-Tenant Hosted Lync instead of using Lync Online due to some regulatory issues. Can anybody point out what capabilities might go missing in the integration

of lync, sharepoint, exchange as a result of this federation.
