Repeatedly updating kb2799494

For the late 2 days I have been repeatedly asked to install "security update for windows vista (kb2799494)". I have installed it a total of 7 times so far.  My history shows that it was sucessfully updated but it doesn't show in installed updates. I have

ran Microsoft Security Essentails and says I do not have a virus. Have used Microsoft Fixit several times. Fixit showed it found an error with updates and fixed it but problem still continues.

 

Not sure what I should try next. Thanks for any help, Laura
