How can I download Windows 7 Professional to my XP?

I have the XP Media Center edition on which I work from my house, taking incoming customer service calls, completing data on their software, downloaded to my machine. The tower is a Gateway DX310 Series w/dual core.  My question is how can I update to Windows

7 Professional?  BTW:  I won't be hooking up to a TV.  I just added this info to give you a better idea of what I have.
