How can I tell that I am being fully protected by MSE?

Hello everyone, I'm unsure about whether MSE is fully protecting me as it should be, can someone please shine a bit of light please?

Right now, there are no messages saying that I need to turn on MSE, install an AV etc. My PC is acting completely normal atm.
