Windows updates will not install !!

I'm trying to install windows update for my dell x64-based system running windows 7. These updates will not install. KB2705291, KB2769369, KB2778344, and KB2647753. I have tried installing the update wizard that is supposed to fix the problems. I have

also tried manually installing these updates also. Nothing is working and I'm convinced not having these updates is the reason my computer is messing up frequently. I.E. When I open Pandora.com on Internet explorer, it goes straight to GNC.COM and will give

me another popup nothing to do with Pandora. I have been looking online trying to solve this problem and I have not found any luck.
