Jan 2013 update  crashed my Vista machine ... I dont know why it never unstalled the 1st update ... so that stinks. Anyways after many many failed attempts at recovery  it just gets hung up on everything .. but never once showed the Windows logo ... on

my PC i have take out the hard drive and have it as a slave to another PC .. I see the files fine and everything looks great. How can I .. or can I ? stick and update file in the slave or something and  be able to put it back in my 1st PC.. The info on the

hard drive doesnt matter to me I would like to keep the windows on it if I can .. I have my key and all those things but dont have the disk anymore.  Help if you can please  thank
