Hello

on start-up I get a command prompt screen with the message C:DOCUME~1userSTARTM~1programsstartuplost.exe 

The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction CS:11e8ID.06ez op:636c617373 

 (16 bit MS DOS Subsystem) choose close to terminate the application
