On my locked screen there is a tick with the number 7 next to it. I can not find what it stands for

On my locked screen there is a tick and the number 7 right next to it, I cannot find what it stands for.

 

I have looked everywhere and am at a loss to discover what it stands for, it is not mail as that has an envelope and a number next to it.

It is not updates because I update everything I can find i.e. windows updates, store updates, virus ware updates etc.

Can anyone please tell me what it stands for, thank you.
