WIN8 Explorer crashes when exploring folders with a lot of items

hey guys, first time poster here so sorry if I do something incorrectly.

Ever since I upgraded from win7 to win8, I have had multiple explorer crashes when browsing my big folders/drives. It is quite annoying as it loses whatever file transfers are in progress.

I have done various searches to no avail. I was hoping someone could please analyse the various dump files.
