windows 7 update error 8024000b

Hi. Ever since I tried installing framework .4 I've figured out that windows update has a problem. Whenever I try updating it, it doesn't seem to download and closes after a while. I've tried rebooting many times, and I've ran MS fix it without any luck.

 

This is the error I get when I try to install microsoft .NET framework 4:

HERESULT 0x8024001e

 

I have windows 7 home premium 64 bits
