Original title: Hey, The diagnostics policy service is not running ,

Hi all , i have problem it's The diagnostics policy service is not running , and just to know that i connect the laptop to antenna to get network  and i have internet access but it's too slow so i have to fix The diagnostics policy service  to be faster

or what i can do , please , !
