I keep getting the blue screen with System Service Exception in Windows 8.  It looks like a lot of people are having it.  I can't use my computer without losing all information every few minutes.  It is brand new.  Is fix coming out?  It happens a lot

with Firefox, but other times too, and reboots sometimes when typing an email in the Windows 8 email program.
