Windows 8 Can't Switch Users

Have a windows 8 pro computer that I took off the domain.  After rebooting the only login option is the last logged in user.  This is a domain account that, of course, can't login.  How do I get this to allow me to login as the local administrator?

I cannot get into windows at all.

 

 

 

 

Fixed.  Had to boot to safe mode, hold Shift while clicking Restart to get the support menu, (thanks Microsoft for making this more difficult than it needs to be) and enable to the hidden administrator.  Then I was able to see the account on the

login page and get into windows.
