I just reset my HP G7 back to factory settings and now my burner wont work. It wont work to copy a disc either. Reads but wont write(burn}. I'm Running windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I've tried updating drivers and the trouble shooter (which says it's

fixed but it's not}. I'd appreciate any help I can get with this matter A.S.A.P.. Thank You *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
