I purchased Powersuite Pro 2013. Ihave tried to get this taken off my computer.

These people have no phone where you can speak to a live person.  Ihave given them all the order's, serial numbers they gave me,key codes, everything I can think of. They always say these are not valid numbers of this company.  They have taken almost $100.00

from my account. What can I do?   Please if you can,tellme how to get ride of them.  By the way, my computer is now so messed UP
