I have tried updating my PC using both Quick and Full Scan options. After the updates are completed

When I restart my PC it is protected Then after about 5 minutes the status changes to Unprotected, and the Virus and spyware definitions  shows (OUT OF DATE), Your PC isn’t using the latest updates against potential threats and could be at risk. My real-Time

protection is ON.
