I am trying to install updates for 22 inbuilt apps but its displaying the message that "the app wasn't installed- view details" and in details its displaying the message "You're not connected to the internet. Please check your network connection and try

again" but actually my PC is permanently connected to internet via proxy server.  Also store app couldn't connect to internet sometimes. please provide the solution.
