components must be repaired ( fixed? )

After I run the windows update troubleshooter, it says the components must be repaired and the issue is fixed. I find this unreadable and conflicting, especially because the same message seems to be there even after troubleshooting again. So, I don't believe

it's fixed. What can I do to fix the issue?
