After updating with Windows updae on 02/15/2013 I noticed IE is not behaving normally and the issue is intermittent.

I am not only getting the intermittent "not responding, must close messages",  but also the "Back" button arrow is also behaving intermittently.

Sometimes I can navigate from my home page to another page, then click on the Back Arrow and it works. At other times when I click on the Back Arrow IE just sets there and doesn't respond even after several attempts, yet IE isn't frozen. I can click on my

home page button and it then responds. It just seems to affect just the Back Arrow function and doesn't give any errors.

I have this same exact behavior occurring on two different machines a PC tower, and a Laptop both with windows 7 installed.

This behavior did not exist prior to those last updates from Microsoft, so I am convinced that there is a software bug in the last Microsoft updates that is causing this behavior!

Accept for this community forum, Microsoft also seems to have all their web sites set up to make it impossible for a user to report these issues directly to Microsoft.
