Windows Update will not install

For months now, I am unable to install any microsoft updates.

 

First I go to windows update and download the updates needed (currently there are 20)

It downloads successfully and then tells me to restart.

Upon restarting, it tells me windows update failed, reverting changes.

When I do back to windows update and look at the history it shows all the updated have failed.

When I copy the update names (KB2769369, KB2724197, KB2691442, KB2655992, etc.) and go to the microsoft website to try to download them manually, it tells me they are not applicable to my computer.

I ran the update troubleshooter and it did not find any problems.

 

 

Any ideas on what to do next???
