How can I reinstall Windows Defender?

Windows Defender in my system, is not working and always shows a dialogue box such as follows "Windows Defender encountered an error: 0 x 800705b4. This operation returned because the time out period". So, kindly help me to reinstal the said security software

and protect my system, ultimately. Thanking You.
