on certain pages like facebook or yahoo only certain item will appear..i adjust my network settings and somehow someone accesses my computer stealing my information---- how to detect someone trying to hack or send virus b4 it causes damage..i have had

to completly reinstall windows +drivers 3 different times in the last 2 months...defender says its running quietly running in backgroundbut doesnt give adequate warning or stop this
