M/B: Intel Core 2 QUAD

O/S: Win XP Professional SP3 x86

 

Update for Microsoft Security Essentials KB2804527  could not be installed.

Exception occurred while trying to run "Shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL wscui.cpl"

 

I'd "greatly" appreciate a FIX to this problem. Thanks.
