How to stop redundant Windows Update KB 2767916 notification?

I received and attempted to install KB 2767916 to correct a conflict between Office 2007 and 2013.  I do not have Office 2013 and so the update does not install.  However I keep receiving the update notification (normally within a few minutes of running

the update).  I ran the Windows Update Fix It from MS to no avail.  Anyone know how to shut this specific update notification off?
