Microsoft Office 13 professional plus trouble downloading

When i went to download the program the download stopped and said it had problems downloading and tried to resolve the issue until i was forced to restart my computer. Now every time i try to open one of its programs (which are for some reason on my computer)

i get a box saying that its getting things ready and stays at 0%. How do i fix this?
