I have blue screen error message that crashes my PC. I posted the issue on the Community forum and I received replies (which I appreciated) but it didn't fix my problem. The Blue screen error comes up as; DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OE_EQUAL; Then there is some

'Technical Information' such as STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8ca46158). The problem seems to come from an installation of a USB port (it was an update) which I have identified but I can't remove! It appears as an update but when

I go to try and uninstall the update, I am unable to cos it is not in the uninstall update link. I was wondering could somebody help me out. Thanks.
