Everytime the computer goes to check for microsoft/window updates, the old ones that have failed show up again and again.  Fustrated as I have not been able to get the problems with the three corrected.  Pkb977074 pkb9776932  kb2515325

 

Adobe reader will not complete installation, stalled out at 96%

 

now Turbo tax 12, which the cd did download to my laptop computer after I attempted on this desk, never would complete downloading.

 

Suggestions?
