no activation office 2013

hello,

i have KMS server for office 2013. some kms clients do not activate after first start, second start ...

with ospp i chcecked historykms and there is no records, hmm strange because computer was installed 2 days ago. does it mean that office since 2 days did not contact kms server? computer's net is working /deployed from sccm with adding to domain/

chcecking status i received that office was not activated and have about 25 days grace period.

 

i chcecked if i can do activation manually with ospp and it worked.

i chcecked event logs and did not find any problems, any errors connected with kms activation.

i do not know how to troubleshoot it.
