I am running on windows XP, home edition, version 2002, service pack three.

I have just realised that my automatic updates have not been working since october last year and when I try and do it manually I get the above error message. Now please dont ask me to install fix it, as my pc will not download this programe it tells me it

cannot install the powershell.  ... please help. thank you
