MSE optional updates failing initially

On initial instal of MSE optional updates, results in 'failed'...

then on second attempt, usually is ok?

 

Been happening since about 17th Feb 2013.

 

No real worry, as eventually does instal, but would like to know reason for this!

Shouldn't have to do everything twice!!
