When we first got our laptop we managed to find the web camera. We didn't use it, but now would like to try Skype. The web camera can't be found. In the start menu it appears under "all programs" Toshiba" "media and entertainment" "web camera application".

When we try to use it we get a message saying it failed to initialize.I tried downloading drivers from

I have tried reading forum entries that seem to be similar problems, but I don't understand some of the answers.

 

 

I tried pressing FN and F9, Mine doesn't have a little camera sign. That didn't seem to do anything.

 

Can anyone give me advise in simple English please.?
