I have several computers with differenct versions of MS Window: XP, Vista, Windows 7.  The XP computer hard disk crashed on a HP computer.  Now trying to install the upgrade version of XP on a Tough Book that has Windows 2000 Pro but can't because error

saying, "...missing several items."
