Windows 8 will not let Publisher 2010 acknowledge that publisher has a 13x19 template and custom templates will only print in tiles of 8x11. It says it searches the internet but nothing found. I have been using these templates for 2 years but now with

an upgrade to windows 8 they wont work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer but that dose not work. How do you fix this?
