The above mentioned error always comes up every time I try to download Mircosoft Security Essentials. I had to uninstall the one I had on my computer because a message would come up that said it couldn't be opened. So I thought I would uninstall it and then

come to Microsoft to reinstall and now it won't do it. Please help! I don't know why my computer is doing this because it had been working great even earlier this week and now this trouble started.
