Can't download free security essentials - 404 server error

It was recommended that I download Windows Security Essentials, a free virus and firewall protection from Microsoft.  Every time I try to download it, I get a 404 server error.  I had to delete my previous antivirus in order to download, but now I'm stuck. 

I also get a lot of "error on page" messages at the lower left corner.  Is Microsoft files correupted?
