 i ran cmd as administrator , and typed slui.exe 3 and then entered activation key and when product key is accepted

i pressed activate button......... after few minutes it showed an error as follows

error code: 0xC0000022

description: {access denied}

a process has requested access to an object but not been granted those access rights..........

pls help me.............. what to do......
