What is this anyway?

 

Internet Explorer or Microsoft seem to have a downloading problem. Maybe server related? I don't know. They seem to have a problem. Will it be a good idea if I should contact? Link me to a working Microsoft Security Essentials download link. Other than that,

I don't know.

 

By the way, I seem to have Windows Defender protecting me if that's the problem. If not...well than...updates please? *claps lights off* Well, goodbye.
