How to remove Trojan infections when MSE Prerelease won 't

I use Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9.

Thanks to a recent Adobe update I now have the following Trojan infections:

 

Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A

Trojan:Win64/Alureon

Trojan:Win32/Tracur.Av

Trojan"Win32/Meredrop

 

Even though MSE Prerelease states that they removed these Trojan viruses it states that to complete the process I need to download and run Windows Defender Offline.  When you click the download now button the site is not found.

 

Every time I scan and remove these Trojans it deletes my dial up connection and it needs to be reinstalled.

Prior to these infections MSE Prerelease has never quarantined or detected any other items since install on my computer.

SuperAntiSpyware scan finds nothing other than cookies from sites visited.
