 I have tried all the problem solving help that has been provided. I have also tried cmd and sfc but it says I need to be the aministrator, I am unsure how I can log in as the administrator? I thought I was! I use AVG as my anit virus and it says that

the problem code is 80080005 which is not on the trouble shooting answers. Thanks
