System_Service_Exception crashes multiple times a day

I bought my new HP PC w/Windows 8 in November. For no apparent reason, it started crashing 3-6 times a day last week, going to a blue screen that says System_Service_Exception. My McAfee software is constantly scanning for viruses, worms, etc., so I don't

think that's the problem. 

 

I am not an IT professional; can someone explain in layman's terms how to fix this? Thank you.
