How can I unblock an executible file from mcafee that doesn't have a valid digital signature.

Everytime I download their software from their website, the installation does not complete because windows detects and blocks the executible file from Mcafee because it does not have a valid digital signature to verify the publisher.   Is there a way I can

disable this temporarily on my PC and then complete the mcafee installation.
