mseinstall file is corrupted can't install [x64 MSE English Corrupt Download (2/22/13)]

I went to microsoft's homepage and then looked for microsoft security essentials and downloaded the 64-bit version for windows 7. During the install it is extracting files and then pops up with a box saying file is corrupted. I didn't change the file I

simply downloaded it and tried both run and save to see if the file was being corrupted while it downloaded. Is there a way to get it at the moment I don't have any anti-virus program installed so I don't feel safe browsing the internet for more answers.
