Ok so one thing that troubles me with blue/metro desktop. Ok so I have a app or two open and I want to minimize IE and use the snippet tool. Just how can this be done in metro/blue. The metro desktop is lacking some tools for me to snip a section to post

or even copy and paste. I cannot even resize IE windows or other windows while in blue/metro
