windows update KB 2742599 and KB 2799494 continually fail

Hi,  both above updates fail with the following error # 80070490...I have tried all the Microsoft 'fix its' but without success...any body else having problems installing the updates?  (win 7). 

Or how can I stop these updates downloading every time I turn my pc on (because they always fail to instal)?many thanksMike(from Australia)
