The KB2795944 is impossible to install

The KB2795944 is impossible to install. I have an Asus Vivibook 200 with a touchscreen and W8 64 b. My language is Swedish.

 

The update arrived on Feb 12, and there were other updates that failed. By running the help functions I was informed that these updates were not compatible with my system, and they disappeared from windows update. But  KB2795944 is still there. I have downloaded

it separately and tried to install it manually, with no success.
