Can't PING TMG Server

I have installed a new TMG server on windows server 2008 R2.and join in to my Domain..and create a new role in which all protocols are allowed so internet is working on TMG server but my Domain Controller can't PING my TMG machine.and other clients also

can't PING my TMG Server.

 

Can any person help me please......
