I'm really new to this. I work for a car dealership and recently we bought a program that requires Windows 7 64 bit and my computer is the 32 bit version. So I got my hands on a disk to upgrade to the 64 system, I saved all my personal files on a USB and

ran the disk. Everything went fine until I tried to hook up my internet connection. So now I can't get online and I assume it's because I'm missing drivers.

As I said before, I'm learning this by trial and error and would greatly appreciate some guidance. The computer is an Optiplex 380 and I've searched for drivers but I'm unsure as to which ones I'm supposed to be getting and how to install the drivers once

I do.
